Who I am
I'm Marc. I spent 15 years working across construction and hands-on trades — framing, finishing, renovation, you name it. A few years ago I noticed the same pattern: homeowners paying for big fixes that started as small, ignored problems.
So I narrowed my focus. Now I do one thing well: find the real issues, explain them clearly, and fix the easy stuff on the spot. No crews, no project managers, no overhead. Just me, my tools, and a straightforward approach.

If something can be fixed in an hour, I'll do it. If it needs a specialist, I'll tell you who to call. You get a written summary either way.
